When someone needs a GP, dentist or specialist, they usually search on their phone, compare a few clinics and contact the one that looks trustworthy and easy to reach. Your clinic’s website needs to answer the basic questions in seconds: what do you treat, where are you, when are you open and how do I book. iCreationsLab designs and builds websites for clinics and medical practices in Singapore, with clear information, mobile-friendly pages and enquiry forms that respect patient privacy.

What a clinic website should include
| Section | What it does for patients |
|---|---|
| Services and treatments | Plain-language pages for each service, so patients and Google understand what you offer. |
| Doctors and team | Names, qualifications and languages spoken, using information your doctors have approved. |
| Opening hours and location | Address, map, nearest MRT or parking notes and public holiday hours, consistent with your Google Business Profile. |
| Booking and enquiries | Phone, WhatsApp and a short enquiry form, or a link to your appointment system if you use one. |
| Fees and schemes | Whatever you choose to publish, such as consultation fees or accepted insurers. |
| Health information | Helpful articles that answer common patient questions and bring in search traffic. |
| Languages | English, plus other languages your patients use. |
| Several branches | A page for each real clinic location, with its own address and hours. |
Designing around how patients actually use your website
Most visitors to a clinic website are not browsing. They are unwell, worried, or looking for something specific: a clinic that is open now, a doctor who speaks their language, or a service close to home. A good clinic website puts those answers first and keeps everything else one tap away.
Put urgent information at the top
Opening hours, phone number, address and a “call now” or WhatsApp button should be visible on the first screen of a phone, on every page. If your clinic closes for public holidays or has different weekend hours, show that clearly instead of burying it in a footer. Wrong hours are one of the most common reasons patients lose trust in a clinic listing.
Make it easy for older visitors
Many patients, and the family members who book for them, are older adults. Use readable font sizes, strong colour contrast, large buttons and simple navigation. Following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) is a good practical standard, and it also tends to improve usability for everyone on a phone.
Write in plain language
Service pages should explain what a treatment or check-up involves, who it is for and what to expect, without unnecessary jargon. Avoid making outcome claims you cannot support. Pages that describe services accurately are better for patients, easier for Google to understand, and safer under advertising rules.
Support the languages your patients use
Singapore clinics often serve patients who are more comfortable in Mandarin, Malay or Tamil. If your doctors and staff speak these languages, say so on the doctor profiles and consider translated key pages such as services, hours and how to book.
MOH advertising rules and patient privacy
Licensed healthcare providers in Singapore must follow the Ministry of Health’s advertising rules under the Healthcare Services Act. These rules cover advertising by licensed providers, including how patient reviews and testimonials can be used. See MOH’s own guidance on reviews and testimonials. We build the structure and design, but you and your clinic’s licensee approve every claim and piece of content before it goes live.
Enquiry forms collect personal data. We keep forms short, add consent wording and a privacy policy page, and recommend that you do not ask patients for medical details through a general web form. Compliance with the PDPA remains your clinic’s responsibility.
Helping nearby patients find you
- Your clinic name, address and phone number are set up consistently on the website, so it supports your Google Business Profile.
- Each service gets its own page, written around what patients search for.
- We create a page only for a clinic location you really have, never for areas where you do not operate.

Technical points that matter for a clinic website
- HTTPS and security: an SSL certificate, regular updates and backups protect visitors and your reputation. See why HTTPS and SSL certificates matter for every website.
- Speed on mobile data: compressed images and lightweight pages help patients on slower connections. Our guide to mobile friendly websites explains why this also affects search visibility.
- Structured data: schema markup can tell search engines your clinic type, address, opening hours and phone number, which supports accurate listings. Schema.org includes types for medical clinics, dentists and physicians.
- Appointment systems: if you already use a booking or practice management system, the website can link to it or embed its booking page. Keep any patient records inside that system, not on the website.
- Separate pages for each location: every branch should have its own address, map, phone number and hours so that each can be found on its own.
What to avoid on a clinic website
A few habits cause problems for clinics repeatedly. Do not ask visitors to describe symptoms or medical history in a general contact form, because that data is sensitive and the form is rarely the right place to handle it. Do not publish testimonials, before-and-after photos or superlative claims without checking the current advertising rules that apply to your licence. Do not leave outdated pages for doctors who have left, or hours that have changed. And do not copy treatment descriptions from other websites, since duplicated text helps neither patients nor rankings.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a clinic website cost in Singapore?
Our website packages start from SGD 2,999 (Basic), SGD 4,999 (Professional) and SGD 8,999 (Custom). The price depends on the number of pages, design and features, and is confirmed in a written quotation.
Can patients book appointments on the website?
We can add enquiry forms, WhatsApp and phone buttons, and link to your existing appointment system. A custom booking system can be quoted separately.
Can you add patient testimonials?
MOH has specific rules on how licensed providers can use patient reviews and testimonials. We do not add them by default. Please check MOH’s current guidance first.
Can our staff update opening hours and doctor profiles?
Yes. The site is built on WordPress, and we provide handover training.
How long does a clinic website take?
Our packages are planned at 4 to 6 weeks (Basic), 6 to 8 weeks (Professional) and 6 to 10 weeks (Custom).
Should a clinic website show doctors’ photos and qualifications?
Doctor profiles help patients choose with confidence, and they are one of the most visited pages on many clinic sites. Show a clear photo, name, qualifications, areas of practice and languages spoken, using information each doctor has approved. Keep the wording factual and avoid claims that compare you with other clinics.
Do we need a separate page for each treatment?
In most cases yes. A dedicated page for each main service lets patients find exactly what they need and gives Google a clear page to show for that search. Group related minor services on a shared page rather than creating thin pages with only a sentence or two.
How should we show after-hours or emergency information?
State your normal opening hours and, if relevant, what patients should do outside them, for example calling a hotline or going to an emergency department for urgent problems. Keep this wording simple and agreed with your doctors, and do not suggest that a website form is a way to reach urgent care.
Can you connect the website to our existing appointment system?
Often yes, by linking to or embedding your system’s booking page, depending on what the provider allows. We check this during discovery so the booking path is clear before design starts.
